摘要
伴随着世界全球化发展进入深度调整期,面对国际传播的语境更迭与理念重构,历史上长期由美国等西方国家垄断的全球叙事体系的逻辑裂痕不断加深,陷入难以逾越的解释困境。作为全球南方的积极行动主体之一,中国在对外讲好中国故事的同时,为新型国际传播全球叙事体系的探索带来有效方向与切实方案。中国引领和倡导的新型全球叙事的核心内涵至少包含促进主体开放自由交流的平等化叙事、彰显民族魅力与多元表达的个性化叙事、网感语态强化表达创新的青春化叙事、忠实全面展现他国形象的立体化叙事,以及推动认同建构同心共鸣的共同化叙事。透过多元知识谱系的解读与辩证,可以发现,这一新型国际传播全球叙事根植于“尚公”“贵和”的传统思想资源,以精神交往与人本主义作为本体论基点,展现出同转文化的范式转化相呼应的认识论特征,形成基于话语的偶然性本质与话语主导地位建构策略的方法论框架。
As globalization enters a period of in-depth adjustment,and in the face of the contextual changes and conceptual reconstruction in international communication,the logical cracks in the global narrative system long monopolized by Western countries such as the United States have continued to deepen,falling into an insurmountable interpretive dilemma.As an active actor in the Global South,China,while telling Chinese stories well to the world,has brought effective directions and practical solutions to the exploration of a new global narrative system for international communication.The core connotations of the new global narrative led and advocated by China include at least:an equalized narrative that promotes open and free exchanges among subjects;an individualized narrative that highlights national charm and diverse expressions;a youthful narrative that strengthens expressive innovation with an internet-savvy voice;a three-dimensional narrative that faithfully and comprehensively presents the image of other countries;and a shared narrative that promotes identity construction and mutual resonance.Through the interpretation and dialectics of diverse knowledge genealogies,it can be found that this new global narrative of international communication is rooted in the traditional ideological resources of“valuing commonality”and“cherishing harmony”.It takes spiritual communication and humanism as its ontological basis,demonstrates epistemological characteristics that echo the paradigm shift of intercultural communication,and forms a methodological framework based on the contingent nature of discourse and strategies for constructing discourse dominance.
