AI驱动下矿业特色安全专业人才培养模式

Talent Training Mode of Mining Safety Specialty Driven by AI

摘要 为解决矿业特色安全专业人才培养中课程内容重叠度高、教学方法陈旧、创新氛围不浓厚的问题,基于安全科学与工程学科优势及AI发展潮流,提出AI驱动下“课程内容-教学方法-大创项目”三位一体的人才培养模式,包括优化课程知识点衔接、创新沉浸式教学方法、构建“AI+X”大创项目选题思路等。结果表明:该模式可有效提升学生对矿业安全的学习兴趣,使得矿安方向选择人数增加,学生创新能力显著提高,为传统行业特色安全工程人才培养提供了可行路径,有助于为能源安全事业输送优秀后备力量。 To address the issues of high overlap in course content,outdated teaching methods,and a lack of innovation atmosphere in the cultivation of safety professionals with mining characteristics,based on the disciplinary advantages of safety science and engineering and the development trend of AI,this paper proposes a trinity talent cultivation model of“course content-teaching methods-innovation projects”driven by AI.These include optimizing the connection of course knowledge points,innovating immersive teaching methods,and constructing the idea of selecting topics for“AI+X”innovation projects.The results show that this model effectively enhances students’interest in mining safety,increases the number of students choosing the mining safety direction,and significantly improves students’innovation ability.It provides a feasible path for cultivating safety engineering talents in traditional industries,and helps to provide excellent reserve force for energy security undertakings.
