摘要
为推进煤矿粉尘危害的风险分级管控,有效预防尘肺病的发生,本文运用综合指数法对煤矿粉尘危害风险展开评估,并探究其适用性。首先,通过层次分析法和Delphi法,构建煤矿粉尘危害风险评估指标体系并确定指标权重,该体系以粉尘危害发生的可能性和严重度为一级指标,以管理水平、群体特征和区域水平为二级指标;然后,对粉尘危害风险评估指标进行定量分级,确定评估指标指数;最后,计算煤矿粉尘危害风险值并确定风险等级,并选取某煤矿进行实际应用。研究结果显示:综合指数法结合层次分析法和Delphi法,可实现对煤矿粉尘危害的风险评估;评估指标的合理划分与分级是粉尘危害风险评估的关键环节;该体系较为客观,具有较强的适用性和可推广性,可为我国煤矿粉尘危害风险评估提供新思路。
To promote the risk classification and control of coal mine dust hazards and effectively prevent the occurrence of pneumoconiosis,the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the risk of coal mine dust hazards and its applicability was studied.Firstly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Delphi method were used to establish the coal mine dust hazard risk assessment index system and determine the index weight with the possibility and severity of dust hazard as the first level index and the management level,group characteristics and regional level as the second level index.Then,the risk assessment index of dust hazard was quantitatively classified and the assessment index was determined.Finally,the risk value of dust hazards for coal mine was calculated and the risk level was determined,and this paper selected a coal mine for practical application.The results show that the comprehensive index method combined with AHP and Delphi method can realize the risk assessment of dust hazards for coal mine.The reasonable division and classification of evaluation indexes is the key link of this method.This method is relatively objective,has strong applicability and generalizability,and provides a new idea for the risk assessment of coal mine dust hazards in China.
