摘要
为加强对纺织品抗菌性能吸收法检测质量的控制、提高试验人员的检测能力,按照GB/T 20944.2—2007《纺织品抗菌性能评价第2部分:吸收法》进行实验室间比对试验,并同步进行实验室人员间比对试验。结果显示,实验室抗菌性能平均值的Z比分数为0.81,|Z|≤2,结论为满意,表明实验室的运行情况与人员检测能力满足持续检测要求,确保试验结果的可靠性。
To enhance the quality control of antibacterial activity absorption tests for textiles and improve the detection capabilities of laboratory personnel,a laboratory inter-comparison test was carried out with GB/T 20944.2—2007Textile—Evaluation for antimicrobial activity—Part2:Absorption method,and an intar-labora⁃tory personnel comparison test was carried out.The results showed that the Z-score of the average value of antibacterial activity of the laboratory was 0.81,and|Z|≤2,which met the satisfactory criteria,and dem⁃onstrated that the laboratory's operational conditions and personnel detection capabilities could meet the requirements for continuous testing,ensuring the reliability of the experimental results.
