摘要
在国防战略转型与公共应急体系建设的双重驱动下,方舱结构正经历由传统金属基材向先进复合材料转型。纤维复合材料凭借轻质高强、隔热阻燃、耐腐蚀等特性,已成为新一代方舱结构材料的优选。系统研究了该材料在方舱制造中的优势与各领域中应用场景;目前,纤维复合材料在方舱制造领域面临着诸多技术瓶颈,包括材料与设计的适配、制造工艺复杂及制造成本高昂等;同时,材料的创新与工艺的提升对复合材料方舱发展提供了新的方向及思路,为新一代高性价比复合材料方舱的工程化应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
Under the dual demands of national defense strategic transformation and the construction of public emergency systems,the shelter cabine structure has been undergoing transformation from traditional metal substrates to advanced composite materials.The fiber-based composite material with lightweight and high-strength,heat-insulating,flame-retardant,corrosion-resistant and other properties,have emerged as the preferred structural materials for the new generation of shelter cabins.It was systematically examined that the advantages and application scenarios of these materials in shelter cabins manufacturing.At present,fiber composite materials faced several technical challenges in the field of shelter cabins manufacturing,including the compatibility of materials and the design,complex manufacturing processes,and high production costs.At the same time,the new directions and ideas for the development of composite shelter cabins was presented benefited by material innovation and process improvement,which provided theoretical foundations and technical support for the engineering application of the next generation of cost-effective composite shelter cabins.
