摘要
目的观察对强直性脊柱炎患者开展龙蛇通络止痛片联合蜂毒穴位注射治疗的效果。方法纳入强直性脊柱炎患者50例为观察对象,按随机抽样法分为对照组(25例,龙蛇通络止痛片治疗)和观察组(25例,龙蛇通络止痛片联合蜂毒穴位注射治疗)。对比两组患者治疗效果、脊柱功能[巴斯强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、巴斯强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)评分]、炎性因子水平、中医证候积分、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后BASFI、BASDAI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-12、干扰素-γ水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后僵硬、功能受限及肿胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,观察组疼痛评分为(5.05±0.25)分,低于对照组的(6.02±0.15)分(P<0.05);治疗后2周,观察组疼痛评分为(4.35±0.35)分,低于对照组的(5.63±0.22)分(P<0.05);治疗后3周,观察组疼痛评分为(2.63±0.22)分,低于对照组的(4.05±0.31)分(P<0.05);治疗后4周,观察组疼痛评分为(2.01±0.15)分,低于对照组的(3.68±0.21)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心理、生理、环境因子、社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对强直性脊柱炎患者开展龙蛇通络止痛片联合蜂毒穴位注射治疗,可以有效缓解疼痛程度,改善患者症状,促进脊柱功能恢复,降低炎性因子水平,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Longshe Tongluo Zhitong tablets combined with bee venom acupoint injection on patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods 50 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were included as the observation subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with one group receiving treatment with Longshe Tongluo Zhitong tablets(25 cases,control group),and the remaining group receiving treatment with Longshe Tongluo Zhitong tablets combined with bee venom acupoint injection(25 cases,observation group).Comparison of therapeutic effect,spinal function[Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI)],inflammatory factor levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pain levels,and quality of life between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The BASFI and BASDAI scores of the observation group after treatment were both lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-12 and interferon-γin the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of stiffness,functional limitation and swelling in the observation group after treatment were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).1 week after the treatment,the pain score of the observation group was(5.05±0.25)points,which was lower than(6.02±0.15)points of the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was(4.35±0.35)points,which was lower than(5.63±0.22)points of the control group(P<0.05).3 weeks after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was(2.63±0.22)points,which was lower than(4.05±0.31)points of the control group(P<0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was(2.01±0.15)points,which was lower than(3.68±0.21)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychology,physiology,environmental factors and social relationships in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Longshe Tongluo Zhitong tablets and bee venom acupoint injection for patients with ankylosing spondylitis can effectively alleviate relieve the pain level,improve the symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of spinal function,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
