摘要
目的研究三氧联合冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取100例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分成两组(A组和B组),每组50例。A组进行三氧治疗,B组进行三氧联合冲击波治疗。比较两组不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及治疗3个月后疗效。结果A组治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月VAS评分分别为(6.6±1.3)、(2.6±1.5)、(2.7±1.4)、(1.9±0.8)分,B组分别为(6.7±1.5)、(2.5±1.3)、(1.8±0.8)、(1.5±0.3)分。与治疗前相比,两组治疗结束时、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月VAS评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前及治疗结束时VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后1个月和治疗后3个月VAS评分对比,B组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗3个月后总有效率96%优于A组的84%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046<0.05)。结论三氧联合冲击波治疗与三氧治疗膝骨关节炎患者均有效,三氧联合冲击波治疗临床疗效优于三氧治疗。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ozone combined with shock wave in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into two treatment groups(group A and group B),50 cases per group.Group A was given ozone therapy,and group B was given ozone combined with shock wave therapy.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores at different time points and the therapeutic effects after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of group A before treatment,at the end of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment were(6.6±1.3),(2.6±1.5),(2.7±1.4),and(1.9±0.8)points,while those of group B were(6.7±1.5),(2.5±1.3),(1.8±0.8),and(1.5±0.3)points.Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores in both groups at the end of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before treatment and at the end of treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 1 and 3 months after treatment were compared,and group B had a lower score.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate 96%of group B was better than 84%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046<0.05).Conclusion Both ozone combined shock wave therapy and ozone therapy are effective for patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the clinical efficacy of ozone combined with shock wave therapy is superior to that of ozone therapy.
