摘要
佤族生态习惯法是佤族人民在传统物质生计实践中形成的有益于自然环境的社会规则和禁律,其部分内容在历史更迭中逐步演变为适应现代乡村生活需要的村规民约,与环保法规、生态伦理等共同承担着生态治理的责任。佤族生态习惯法在生态治理体系中发挥着伦理教化和秩序约束的功能,具有柔性引导与硬性管理相结合的特点。在实施乡村振兴战略的实践中,将其与佤族地区经济社会发展相结合,将有益于农村现代化建设。
The ecological customary law of the Wa ethnic group is a social rule and prohibition that is beneficial to the natural environment formed by the Wa people in their traditional material livelihood practice.Some of its contents have gradually evolved into village rules and customs that meet the needs of modern rural life through historical changes,and share the responsibility of ecological governance with environmental protection regulations,ecological ethics,and so on.The ecological customary law of the Wa ethnic group plays a role in ethical education and order constraint in the ecological governance system,with the characteristics of combining flexible guidance and rigid management.In the practice of implementing the rural revitalization action strategy,combining it with the economic and social development of Wa ethnic areas is beneficial for rural modernization construction.
