摘要
本文界定了教师赋权增能的概念和赋权与增能之间的关系。并从国内外两个角度对教师赋权增能的研究现状进行了梳理,在评析已有研究的基础上,指出了以往研究的局限。基于此,本文提出了未来研究趋势,旨在促进教师赋权增能研究的深入和发展。
This article defines the concept of teacher empowerment and the relationship between empowerment and empowerment.And the research status of teacher empowerment and empowerment was reviewed from two perspectives at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of existing research,the limitations of previous studies were pointed out.Based on this,this article proposes future research trends aimed at promoting the in-depth and development of research on teacher empowerment and empowerment.
