摘要
目的:探讨封闭负压引流术(VSD)治疗手足部软组织撕脱伤缺损患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年12月盘江煤电集团有限责任公司医院收治的150例手足部软组织撕脱伤缺损患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各75例。对照组采用常规引流术治疗,研究组采用VSD治疗。两组均干预14 d。比较两组临床指标、创面修复效果、并发症发生情况、患者满意度、生活质量。结果:研究组的创面愈合时间、抗生素使用时间和住院时间均短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面修复优良率为97.33%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组的并发症发生率分别为5.33%、4.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组满意度为94.67%,高于对照组的82.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组生活质量综合评定问卷-74中各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD可促进创面愈合、缩短抗生素使用和住院时间、减少换药次数,提高创口愈合效果,利于改善患者的生活质量,且患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of patients with soft tissue avulsion injury defects on the hands and feet.Methods:A total of 150 patients with soft tissue avulsion injury defects on the hands and feet admitted to the Hospital of Panjiang Coal and Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drainage surgery,while the study group was treated with VSD.Both groups were intervened for 14 days.The clinical indicators,wound repair effects,occurrence of complications,patient satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The wound healing time,antibiotic use time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wound repair in the study group was 97.33%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications of the control group and the study group were 5.33%and 4.00%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.67%,which was higher than 82.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervene,the scores of each dimension in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The VSD can promote wound healing,shorten the antibiotic use and the length of hospital stay,reduce the change frequency,improve the effect of wound healing,conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,and patients satisfaction to its higher.
