摘要
在测井技术中,单芯电缆作为地面控制中心与井下设备间的关键传输媒介,承担数据与电力双重传输功能。伴随测井技术向高速率、高精度方向的持续演进,传统单芯电缆特征参数模型的局限性日益凸显,主要体现在建模流程繁杂、对环境因素量化分析不足以及通用性欠佳等方面。为解决这些问题,提出一种融合均匀传输线理论与二端口网络理论的单芯电缆特征参数建模方法。该方法先构建单位长度电缆的分布参数模型并推导其等效电路,接着通过实验分析各分布参数与信号频率、环境温度、电缆长度及盘绕形式的内在关联,进而建立起更具适应性的等效模型,最后运用Multisim软件对模型进行仿真验证。经仿真验证,建立的集总参数模型能准确描述分布参数模型多种条件下的特征参数,为提高测井技术准确性提供了重要支持。
In well logging technology,single-core cables serve as a crucial transmission medium between the ground control center and downhole equipment,undertaking the dual functions of data and power transmission.As well logging technology continues to evolve towards higher speeds and greater precision,the limitations of traditional characteristic parameter models for single-core cables have become increasingly apparent,primarily manifesting in cumbersome modeling processes,insufficient quantitative analysis of environmental factors,and poor versatility.To address these issues,a modeling method for characteristic parameters of single-core cables,integrating the uniform transmission line theory and two-port network theory,has been proposed.In this method,a distributed parameter model for a unit length of cable is first constructed,and its equivalent circuit is derived.Subsequently,through experimental analysis,the intrinsic relationships between each distributed parameter and signal frequency,ambient temperature,cable length,and coiling form are investigated.Based on this,a more adaptable equivalent model is established.Finally,the model is validated through simulation using Multisim software.It has been verified through simulation that the established lumped parameter model can accurately describe characteristic parameters of the distributed parameter model under various conditions,providing significant support for enhancing the accuracy of well logging technology.
