摘要
聚焦废弃聚酯(PET)瓶的回收再利用,分析原料回收预处理中的杂质协同去除机制、合成工艺中的分子链修复策略及功能改性中的多尺度增强路径,总结当前该领域的研究面临预处理组分分离不彻底、解聚纯化成本高、纺丝稳定性不足等挑战,指出未来的研究将聚焦跨领域协同预处理技术开发、“物理-化学”协同改性体系构建以及智能响应型功能纤维制备等方向。研究为废弃PET高效回收与高值化利用提供一定的理论与技术参考。
Focusing on the recycling and reuse of waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bottles,the mechanism of simultaneous removal of impurities during the pre-treatment of raw materials,the molecular chain repair strategies in the synthesis processes,and the multi-scale enhancement pathways in functional modification were systematically analyzed.The current challenges faced in this field,such as incomplete separation of components in pre-treatment,high cost of depolymerization and purification,and insufficient spinning stability,were summarized.It was pointed out that future research will focus on the development of cross-disciplinary collaborative pre-treatment technologies,the construction of‘physical-chemical’collaborative modification systems,and the preparation of intelligent responsive functional fibers.The research can provide certain theoretical and technical references for the efficient recycling and high-value utilization of waste PET.
