摘要
依据FZ/T 80007.1—2023《使用粘合衬服装剥离强力测试方法》对同款同码3件衬衫门襟部位的粘合衬进行剥离强力测试,分析了影响剥离强力的主要因素,并对各不确定度分量进行评定与合成,最终得出合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明,剥离强力不确定度来源主要包括重复性测量、长度量具、电子万能试验机的精确性以及数值修约等。试验结果的扩展不确定度为0.6 N。
According to FZ/T 80007.1—2023,the adhesive interlining of 3 shirts front from the same model and size was tested for peeling strength.The main influencing factors of the peeling strength was analyzed,And each component of uncertainty was evaluated and composed.Finally,the combined and expended uncertainties were given.Analysis showed that repeatability measurement,the resolution of the length measuring tool,the accuracy of electronic universal testing machine and the data rounding are the main sources of uncertainty of peeling strength.The expanded uncertainty of the testing results was 0.6 N.
