多区间两阶段鲁棒和多议价能力的多能微网能源共享优化方法

Multi-interval Two-stage Robust and Multi-bargaining Capacity Optimization Method for Energy-sharing in Multi-energy Microgrids

摘要 针对多能微网独立运行时存在可再生能源不确定性干扰强、运行成本高和碳排放量大等问题,提出一种多区间两阶段鲁棒和多议价能力的多能微网能源共享优化方法。首先,建立多区间不确定集的两阶段鲁棒模型,在单一区间内划分多个子区间并分配不确定度预算,针对模型第2阶段最内层含有0-1变量的特点,采用循环交替优化过程的列与约束生成算法进行有效求解。其次,引入考虑多种议价因子的纳什-海萨尼谈判博弈理论,建立多能微网能源共享模型,合理分配合作效益。最后,基于分布式思想,将问题先后分解为合作成本最小化和效益分配问题,并采用交替方向乘子法算法分别求解。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。 A multi-interval two-stage robust and multi-bargaining capacity optimization method for energy-sharing in multi-energy microgrids is proposed to address the problems when multi-energy microgrids operate independently such as strong interference of renewable energy uncertainty,high operation cost and large amounts of carbon emissions.First,a two-stage robust model with multi-interval uncertainty sets is established,multiple sub-intervals within one single interval are divided,and uncertainty budgets are assigned.The alternative optimization procedure-looped column and constraint generation algorithm is used for an effective solution with respect to the characteristic that the innermost layer at the second stage of the model contains 0-1 variables.Second,the Nash-Harsanyi bargaining game theory,which considers multiple bargaining factors,is introduced to establish a multi-energy microgrid energy-sharing model to rationally allocate the cooperative benefits.Finally,based on the distributed idea,the problem is successively decomposed into cooperative cost minimization and benefit allocation problems,which are solved by the Alternating Direction Multiplier Method,respectively.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
