摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,基于公共价值理论,探究乡村振兴背景下乡村体育价值体系的识别、达成逻辑,并提出实现路径。价值识别:经济利益价值,激活内生动力;公共空间价值,优化治理效能;精神文化价值,凝聚文化认同;公共健康价值,增进健康福祉;生态环境价值,促进可持续发展。达成逻辑:政府主导优化价值目标,多方协商调和价值偏好,阶段演进调适价值共识。实现路径:强化政策引领,深挖特色潜能;优化治理结构,强化协同效能;精准配置资源,深化业态融合。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,from the perspective of public value theory,this paper explored the identification and achievement logic of the value system of rural sports under the background of rural revitalization,and proposed the implementation paths.Value identification:The value of economic interests activates endogenous driving forces.The value of public spaces optimize governance effi ciency.The value of spiritual culture condenses cultural identity.The value of public health enhances health and well-being.The value of the ecological environment promotes sustainable development.Achievement logic:The government takes the lead in optimizing value goals,multiple parties negotiate to reconcile value preferences,and the evolution of stages adjusts value consensus.Implementation paths:We should strengthen policy guidance and deeply explore the potential of distinctive features,optimize the governance structure to enhance the collaborative effectiveness,and precisely allocate resources to deepen the integration of business forms.
