摘要
为契合当下网络安全严峻形势,文章提出基于时空维度分析的智能化网络最优主动防御方法。文章运用K-means聚类算法实现网络安全状态的智能识别,从时间和空间2个维度对网络博弈马尔可夫决策过程(Markov Decision Process,MDP)展开分析,构建多阶段网络欺骗博弈模型,求解输出有效的网络主动防御机制。实验数据显示,采用该防御方法后,防御成功率较传统方法提高了35%;入侵时间平均延长了40%,为防御方争取到更多响应和处置时间;网络攻击造成的损失降低了30%,有效保障了网络系统的稳定运行。时空维度分析下的智能化网络最优主动防御方法是一种切实有效的网络安全防御手段。
To meet the current needs of network security,the paper proposes the optimal active defense method for intelligent networks based on spatiotemporal dimension analysis.Using the K-means clustering algorithm,intelligent identification of network security status is achieved,and based on this,the MDP process of network game is analyzed for both time and space dimensions of network status.It establishes a multi-stage network deception game model and solves it to ultimately achieve effective output of the network’s active defense mechanism.The experimental results show that the optimal active defense method for intelligent networks under spatiotemporal dimension analysis is an effective means of network security defense,which can not only significantly improve the overall protection capability of the network,but also reduce the losses caused by network attacks.
