摘要
为提升App交互界面设计的整体效率,文章回顾了可用性检查理论与评估方法,归纳了启发式评估与认知演练的应用方式与方法特征,并从App交互界面设计的一般流程入手,探索可用性检查理论介入设计流程的应用策略。文章以校园流浪猫公益救助App为实践案例,将启发式评估和认知演练引至设计流程的需求分析阶段和迭代优化阶段,并验证了介入的可行性与效果。结果表明,可用性检查法能在设计前期发现隐性需求,在设计后期对原型进行可用性评价,识别可用性问题,并为简化交互流程、优化原型设计提供可靠建议。
To enhance the overall efficiency of App interaction interface design,this paper reviews usability inspection theories and evaluation methods,summarizing the application approaches and characteristics of heuristic evaluation and cognitive walkthroughs.It starts by exploring strategies for integrating usability inspection theories into the design process,based on the general workflow of App interaction interface design.Using a campus stray cat rescue App as a practical case study,the paper incorporates heuristic evaluation and cognitive walkthroughs into the demand analysis and iterative optimization stages of the design process,validating the feasibility and effectiveness of these interventions.The results indicate that usability inspection methods can identify latent needs in the early stages of design,evaluate prototype usability in later stages,identify usability issues,and provide reliable recommendations for simplifying interaction flows and optimizing prototype design.
