摘要
智能适老化产品设计是多角度探索积极应对人口老龄化的可行路径之一。在居家养老环境下,家居清洁是老年人不可回避的问题。文章聚焦于老年人使用的地毯清洗机交互设计研究。梳理适老化智能家居产品设计研究相关文献,开展设计调研,构建用户模型和用户体验地图。通过功能定义、信息架构设计和尺寸分析提出设计策略,实现了适老化智能家用地毯清洗机的设计实践,并评估了设计方案可行性。设计研究过程充分考虑到老年人需求,能为相关智能适老化产品设计提供有效参考。
The design of smart age-friendly products is one of the feasible paths to actively address the challenges of an aging population from multiple perspectives.In the context of home-based elderly care,household cleaning represents an unavoidable issue for seniors.This article focuses on the interaction design study of carpet cleaning machines used by the elderly.It reviews relevant literature on the design of smart home products for seniors,conducts design research,and constructs user model and user journey map.Through functional definition,information architecture design,and dimensional analysis,it proposes design strategies,thereby realizing a practical design of intelligent home carpet cleaning machines for the elderly and assessing the feasibility of the design plan.The design research process fully considers the needs of elderly users,providing effective references for the design of relevant smart aging-friendly products.
