机组偏航对浮式风力机动力响应的影响

Effect of Yawing on Dynamic Response for Floating Wind Turbine

摘要 [目的]以国能共享号为例,研究机组偏航对浮式风力机系统动力响应的影响。[方法]基于Orcaflex软件建立风力机-浮体-系泊-网衣多体耦合数值模型,设置3个偏航区,对比分析偏航前后及偏航区内半潜平台、系泊锚链、风力机动力响应的时程变化。[结果]研究结果表明:机组偏航对浮式风力机平台运动及锚链张力影响显著;对风力机的塔顶机舱处倾斜及机舱加速度响应的动态幅值有较大影响,而对均值影响不明显。偏航区内该浮式风力机各部分响应过渡比较平稳,未发现冲击突变现象。[结论]虽然机组偏航会导致该浮式风力机平台运动、锚链张力、机舱处倾斜和机舱加速度变化显著,但这些变化并不会影响风力机的发电功率及风力机推力值的大小。 [Purpose]Taking Guo Neng Gong Xiang Hao as an example,the influence of turbine yawing on the dynamic response of the floating wind turbine system is investigated.[Method]Based on Orcaflex software,a multi-body coupling numerical model of wind turbine-floating body-mooring-fishing net is established.Three yawing zones of the wind turbine are set up and the time history changes of the dynamic responses of the semi-submersible platform,mooring chain and wind turbine before and after yawing as well as in the yawing zones,are compared and analyzed.[Result]The results show that the wind turbine yawing has a significant effect on the platform motion and mooring chain tension.The effect of yawing on the dynamic amplitude of the nacelle pitch and acceleration response at the top of the tower is significant,while the effect on the mean value is not significant.In the yawing zones,the response transition of each part of the floating wind turbine is smooth,and no sudden impact phenomenon is found.[Conclusion]Although the yawing causes significant changes in the platform motion,anchor chain tension,nacelle inclination and nacelle acceleration of the floating wind turbine,it has almost no effect on the generating power and thrust value of the wind turbine.
