摘要
[目的]以海上风电与海洋牧场融合发展科研综合实验平台海上安装施工为研究对象,[方法]采用有限元数值模拟软件,开展上部模块吊点设计及吊装技术研究。[结果]结果表明,针对上部模块设计8吊点双撑杆组合吊索的吊装方式,与常规框架式吊梁相比更节约材料,更方便施工,[结论]可安全完成上部模块的吊装,降低吊装风险。
[Purpose]Taking the integrated development of offshore wind power and ocean ranching as the research object,[Method]the installation and construction of a scientific research comprehensive experimental platform on the sea,finite element numerical simulation software is used to carry out the design of upper module lifting points and research on lifting technology.[Result]The results indicate that the lifting method of designing an 8-point double brace combination suspension cable for the upper module is more material efficient and convenient for construction compared to conventional frame type lifting beams.[Conclusion]The hoisting of the upper module can be completed safely and the hoisting risk can be reduced.
