摘要
新文科建设倡导不同学科的开放、交叉与融合,主张建立多元主体的跨学科专业发展模式,工程法学是随着现代工程经济与科技的发展而出现的一门新兴法学交叉学科,以“文工交叉”为特点,有力推动法学学科与工科的交叉融合。文科思维和工科思维具有明显的差异性,前者重“人文理性”,后者重“工具理性”,培养工程法专业学生工科思维模式,文工互补,完备知识结构体系,有利于提升其对工程法案问题的洞察能力、倾听能力和分析能力,打造法学人才培养的新模式。
New liberal arts construction advocates openness,intersection and integration of different disciplines,and advocates the establishment of interdisciplinary professional development mode with multiple subjects.With the advent of modern engineering economy and science and technology,engineering law is a new interdisciplinary subject,which is characterized by"interdisciplinary of literature and engineering"and strongly promotes the interdisciplinary integration of law and engineering.There are obvious differences between liberal arts thinking and engineering thinking.The former emphasizes on"humanistic rationality"while the latter attaches importance to"instrumental rationality".The cultivation of engineering thinking mode,the realization of literary and technical complementarity and the perfection of knowledge structure system of engineering law major students are conducive to improving their ability of insight,listening and analysis on engineering law issues and creating a new mode of training legal talents.
