摘要
为应对装配式建筑施工中存在的多方协同效率不足、信息断层及动态调控困难等问题,通过杭州市萧山区某装配式住宅项目工程实践分析,探讨建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术在施工全过程管理中的应用路径。研究表明,基于BIM技术的协同管理平台能够贯通设计、生产与施工环节的数据流,构件信息编码追踪体系,有效提升质量追溯效率,动态施工模拟方法则为进度优化提供决策支持,促进实现装配式建筑施工管理的智能化转型。
To address the problems existing in the construction of prefabricated buildings,such as insufficient multi-party collaboration efficiency,information fragmentation,and difficulties in dynamic regulation,this paper explores the application path of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the management of the entire construction process through the analysis of engineering practice of a prefabricated residential project in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou.The research shows that the BIMbased collaborative management platform can connect the data flow of design,production,and construction links;the component information coding and tracking system effectively improves the efficiency of quality traceability;and the dynamic construction simulation method provides decision support for schedule optimization.These collectively promote the intelligent transformation of prefabricated building construction management.
