摘要
随着铁路隧道服役年限增长,衬砌渗漏水、掉块等病害影响行车安全。系统阐述了隧道衬砌施工关键工艺及质量控制措施。防排水施工中,通过初支面平整处理、盲管精准定位、防水板加密焊接及排气板设置,减少衬砌背后脱空和排水不畅;仰拱施工采用钢筋预弯工艺、定位卡具及分层浇筑技术,确保钢筋保护层厚度和混凝土密实性,创新使用棱角保护工装和凿毛工艺保障施工缝质量;二衬施工配置智能台车,集成带模注浆、脱空监测及自动养护功能,严格实施分层分窗浇筑、多孔冲顶及带模注浆工艺,通过执法记录仪全程监控实现质量可追溯。实践表明,标准化工艺显著降低了衬砌缺陷率,提升了结构耐久性,为运营期隧道安全提供了技术保障。
As the service life of operational railway tunnels increases,issues such as lining seepage and blockage affect train safety.This paper systematically discusses key construction techniques and quality control measures for tunnel linings:In waterproofing and drainage construction,the initial support surface is leveled,blind pipes are accurately positioned,waterproof boards are densely welded,and exhaust plates are installed to reduce voids behind the lining and poor drainage;In invert arch construction,pre-bending of reinforcing bars,positioning jigs,and layered pouring techniques are used to ensure the thickness of the reinforcement cover and concrete density,with innovative use of corner protection tools and roughening techniques to ensure the quality of construction joints;In secondary lining construction,intelligent trolleys are configured with integrated functions for formwork grouting,void monitoring,and automatic curing,strictly implementing layered and windowed pouring,multi-hole crown washing,and formwork grouting processes,with full-process monitoring by law enforcement recorders to achieve traceable quality.Practice has shown that standardized processes significantly reduce the defect rate of linings,enhance structural durability,and provide technical assurance for tunnel safety during operation.
