市政道桥抗震性能评估与加固技术研究——以福建石狮国道228线桥梁抗震提升工程为例

摘要 为提升老化市政道桥在地震中的安全性能,增强交通基础设施韧性,以福建石狮国道228线五座临海桥梁(伍堡小桥、厝上溪桥、红塔湾小桥、港边桥及龙永大桥)抗震提升工程为例,系统研究了既有桥梁的抗震评估方法与加固技术。因《中国地震动参数区划图》(GB 18306—2015)将当地地震烈度由7度提高至8度,原桥梁设计已无法满足新设防标准。经性能评估发现,桥梁在墩柱延性、梁体连接及构件间位移控制方面存在薄弱环节。为此,项目实施了综合加固策略,采用包封混凝土并配置纵横向钢筋提升墩柱抗剪、抗弯及延性性能;增设防落梁装置防止梁体在强震中脱落;在梁端缝隙处设置橡胶缓冲垫块吸能减震、减少碰撞损伤。通过病害修复与结构优化,加固后的桥梁满足《公路桥梁抗震设计规范》(JTG/T 2231—01—2020),整体抗震能力显著增强。 To improve the safety performance of aging municipal roads and bridges during earthquakes and enhance the resilience of transportation infrastructure,this paper takes the seismic improvement project of five coastal bridges(Wubu Small Bridge,Cuoshangxi Bridge,Hongtawan Small Bridge,Gangbian Bridge,and Longyong Bridge)on National Highway 228 in Shishi,Fujian as an example,and systematically studies the seismic evaluation methods and reinforcement technologies for existing bridges.Due to the update of China Seismic Ground Motion Parameter Zoning Map(GB 18306—2015),the local seismic intensity has been upgraded from 7 degrees to 8 degrees,making the original bridge design no longer meet the new fortification standards.Performance evaluation reveals that the bridges have weaknesses in pier ductility,beam connections,and displacement control between components.To address these issues,the project implemented a comprehensive reinforcement strategy:using encapsulated concrete with longitudinal and transverse steel bars to improve the shear resistance,bending resistance,and ductility of piers;adding antifall beam devices to prevent beams from falling off during strong earthquakes;and installing rubber buffer pads at beam end gaps to absorb energy,reduce vibration,and minimize collision damage.Through disease repair and structural optimization,the reinforced bridges meet the requirements of Code for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges(JTG/T 2231—01—2020),and their overall seismic capacity has been significantly enhanced.
