近直立特厚原始煤层巷道掘进中冲击地压防治技术研究

Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Rock Burst in Roadway Excavation of Near-Vertical Extra-Thick Primary Coal Seam

摘要 为了解决窑街煤电集团三矿七采区近直立特厚原始煤层运输大巷掘进中冲击地压问题,分析其地质与生产影响因素,构建安全高效的防治技术体系。通过分析地质构造、开采深度、煤岩物理力学性质等多因素,结合区域“SOS”微震监测与局部电磁辐射、应力、钻屑量等监测手段,采用“区域卸压+局部卸压+强支护”综合防治策略,包括深浅孔爆破、大直径钻孔、煤层注水、卸压槽施工及巷道支护优化等措施。监测数据显示,掘进期间未出现大能量震动事件,各项冲击地压指标正常平稳。区域卸压措施有效降低了构造应力与瓦斯压力,局部卸压技术实现了应力峰值转移,强支护体系提升了巷道抗冲击能力。研究表明,构建的近直立特厚原始煤层巷道掘进冲击地压防治技术体系行之有效,保障了巷道安全掘进至贯通,为同类地质条件下巷道掘进的冲击地压防治提供了可借鉴的技术路径。 To solve the problem of rock burst in the excavation of the main transport roadway in the near-vertical extra-thick primary coal seam of the 7th mining area in No.3 Mine of Yaojie Coal and Electricity Group,this study analyzed its geological and production-influencing factors and constructed a safe and efficient prevention and control technology system.Through multifactor analysis including geological structure,mining depth,and physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock,combined with regional"SOS"microseismic monitoring and local monitoring methods such as electromagnetic radiation,stress,and drill cuttings amount,a comprehensive prevention and control strategy of"regional pressure relief+local pressure relief+strong support"was adopted.This strategy includes measures such as deep and shallow hole blasting,large-diameter drilling,coal seam water injection,pressure relief groove construction,and roadway support optimization.Monitoring data show that no high-energy vibration events occurred during the excavation period,and all rock burst indicators were normal and stable.Regional pressure relief measures effectively reduced tectonic stress and gas pressure;local pressure relief technology realized the transfer of stress peaks;and the strong support system improved the rock burst resistance of the roadway.The research indicates that the constructed rock burst prevention and control technology system for roadway excavation in near-vertical extra-thick primary coal seams is effective,ensuring the safe excavation and penetration of the roadway,and providing a reference technical path for rock burst prevention and control in roadway excavation under similar geological conditions.
