摘要
面对复杂地质与施工难题,探究高速公路隧道开挖与支护技术的创新应用。对案例工程采用新奥法原理,结合双侧壁导坑法与超前管棚预支护技术施工。双侧壁导坑法通过精细化分区、台阶分层开挖及动态调整进尺,适应复杂地质。超前管棚预支护利用高性能钢管与优化参数,提升支护承载力与稳定性。监测显示,拱顶及地表沉降均符合标准(最大沉降分别为16.36 mm、15.56 mm),且沉降速率减缓,表明支护有效。该技术方案保障了隧道施工安全与效果,为同类地质条件下的隧道施工提供了技术参考和实践经验。
Facing complex geological conditions and construction challenges,this research focuses on the innovation of excavation and support technologies for expressway tunnels.The project adopts the principles of the New Austrian Tunneling Method(NATM),combined with the double-sidewall drift method and advanced pipe shed pre-support technology for construction.The doublesidewall drift method adapts to complex geology through refined zoning,bench excavation,and dynamic adjustment of footage.The advanced pipe shed pre-support technology utilizes high-performance steel pipes and optimized parameters to enhance the bearing capacity and stability of the support.Monitoring results show that both the vault settlement and surface settlement meet the standards(maximum settlements of 16.36 mm and 15.56 mm respectively),and the settlement rate has slowed down,indicating that the support is effective.This technical scheme ensures the safety and effectiveness of tunnel construction,providing technical reference and practical experience for tunnel construction under similar geological conditions.
