摘要
为提高渠道防渗性能、耐久性和输水效能,优化水利工程质量,延长工程寿命,以实际工程为背景,对隧道衬砌结构的关键技术进行了较为全面的研究。在水利工程施工过程中,通过对选材、工艺流程和质量监控等方面的优化,其防渗性能、耐久性和输水效果及质量管理得到明显提高。研究结果表明,应用衬砌渠道施工技术后,渠道输水损失减少,使用寿命延长,抗侵蚀、抗冻融能力提高。衬砌渠道施工技术通过材料创新、工艺标准化,能够适应复杂的工程环境,满足可持续发展需求,提高水利工程的综合效益。
To improve the seepage prevention performance,durability,and water conveyance efficiency of channels,optimize the quality of hydraulic engineering projects,and extend their service life,this article conducts a comprehensive study on key technologies for tunnel lining structures based on actual engineering cases.During the construction process of hydraulic projects,by optimizing material selection,process flow,and quality control,significant improvements have been made in seepage prevention,durability,water conveyance effects,and overall quality management.The research results show that after implementing the lining channel construction technology,water conveyance losses are reduced,service life is extended,and resistance to erosion and freezethaw cycles is enhanced.In summary,through material innovation and standardized processes,the lining channel construction technology can adapt to complex engineering environments,meet sustainable development needs,and enhance the overall benefits of hydraulic engineering projects.
