摘要
油库液体石油产品数量检测是石油石化产业生产管理和贸易交接计量的重要一环,随着工业自动化与信息技术的发展,油库液体石油产品数量检测工作逐步从传统人工方式转向智能化在线检测,本研究利用射频传感技术进行智慧识别,实现了油库液体石油产品液位、界面、分层含水、温度、压力和密度等参数的自动化在线监测与检测,避免了人为误差,提高了工作效率和检测准确度,节约了人力和物力,降低了检测成本。该检测技术的应用可有效提升我国石化行业油库控制管理的技术水平,为石化产业的智能化发展提供技术支撑,从而创造显著的经济和社会效益。
The quantity detection of liquid petroleum products in oil depot is an important part of production management and trade transfer measurement in petroleum and petrochemical industry.With the development of industrial automation and information technology,the quantity detection of liquid petroleum products in oil depot has gradually shifted from traditional manual mode to intelligent online detection.In this study,radio frequency sensing technology is used for intelligent identification,which realizes automatic online monitoring and detection of liquid petroleum products in oil depot,such as liquid level,interface,layered water content,temperature,pressure and density.It avoids human error,improves work efficiency and detection accuracy,saves manpower and material resources,and reduces detection cost.The application of this detection technology can effectively improve the technical level of oil depot control and management in China's petrochemical industry,provide technical support for the intelligent development of petrochemical industry,and create significant economic and social benefits.
