基于下穿高速公路段隧洞的控制爆破技术研究

摘要 福州市江北城区山洪防治及生态补水工程魁岐段排洪主洞在桩号东11+052.57~东11+104.97、东10+922.15~东10+967.79之间连续下穿福州机场高速和104国道隧洞,最小间距19.4m。本工程通过采用断面炮孔一次成型,分批次爆破的控制爆破施工技术,既保证了既有隧洞的安全运行,又保证了下穿隧洞的快速施工,取得了很好的社会和经济效益,可供相似工程参考。 The main drainage tunnel of the Kuiqi section of the Jiangbei urban area flash flood prevention and ecological water replenishment project in Fuzhou City continuously passes through the Fuzhou Airport Expressway and 104 National Highway tunnels between pile numbers East 11+052.57 to East 11+104.97 and East 10+922.15 to East 10+967.79,with a minimum spacing of 19.4 meters.This project adopts the controlled blasting construction technology of one-time formation of cross-sectional boreholes and batch blasting,which not only ensures the safe operation of the existing tunnel,but also ensures the rapid construction of the underpass tunnel,achieving good social and economic benefits,and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
