抽水蓄能电站大直径超深竖井伞钻孔特性分析及钻进参数优化

摘要 随着抽水蓄能电站建设规模的不断扩大,大直径超深竖井施工面临诸多挑战。伞钻孔技术在竖井施工中应用广泛,但其特性复杂,钻进参数的合理优化对施工效率与质量影响重大。本文深入剖析其特性,钻孔轨迹易因钻具重力、岩石不均及钻进振动等偏移,影响竖井成型;钻孔速度与岩石抗压强度负相关,受钻进参数制约;钻孔质量受钻具磨损、岩石破碎均匀性及冲洗液携屑效果影响。基于此,综合考量钻孔速度、质量及钻头磨损,构建钻进参数优化模型,确定不同地质条件下的最优参数组合。研究成果为抽水蓄能电站竖井施工提供有力技术支撑,助力提升施工安全性与高效性。 With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of pumped storage power stations,the construction of large-diameter and ultra deep vertical shafts faces many challenges.Umbrella drilling technology is widely used in vertical shaft construction,but its characteristics are complex,and the reasonable optimization of drilling parameters has a significant impact on construction efficiency and quality.This article deeply analyzes its characteristics.The drilling trajectory is prone to deviation due to drilling tool gravity,uneven rock,and drilling vibration,which can affect the formation of vertical shafts;The drilling speed is negatively correlated with the compressive strength of rocks and is constrained by drilling parameters;The quality of drilling is affected by the wear and tear of drilling tools,the uniformity of rock fragmentation,and the effectiveness of flushing fluid in carrying debris.Based on this,taking into account drilling speed,quality,and drill bit wear,a drilling parameter optimization model is constructed to determine the optimal parameter combination under different geological conditions.The research results provide strong technical support for the construction of vertical shafts in pumped storage power stations,helping to improve construction safety and efficiency.
