摘要
基于T水电站混凝土智能碾压施工过程中收集的相关数据展开研究,对大坝混凝土智能碾压消耗量与基础价格进行分析,计算T水电站混凝土智能碾压单价和费用,并对智能碾压与传统碾压进行单价及费用的经济性对比分析,为今后编制智能碾压应用场景下的碾压混凝土单价提供基础方法,并为更好地评价智能碾压技术在碾压混凝土大坝中的应用经济效果提供参考。
Based on the relevant data collected during the intelligent rolling construction process of T hydropower station concrete,this study analyzes the consumption and basic price of intelligent rolling of dam concrete,calculates the unit price and cost of intelligent rolling of T hydropower station concrete,and compares the unit price and cost of intelligent rolling with traditional rolling.This provides a basic method for formulating the unit price of roller compacted concrete in the future application scenarios of intelligent rolling,and provides a reference for better evaluating the economic effect of intelligent rolling technology in roller compacted concrete dams.
