高压工作下办公人群的身心健康问题日益受到关注。研究表明,办公空间亲生物设计可使人与自然和谐共生,提高其工作效率。分析办公空间亲生物设计基础与健康效益,研究具体案例应用,为类似建筑设计提供新思路。
The physical and mental health issues of office workers under high-pressure work are increasingly gaining attention.Studies have shown that biophilic design in offices can harmoniously coexist with nature,thereby enhancing work efficiency.It analyzes the basics of biophilic design in office spaces and its health benefits,investigates specific are applications,and proposes new ideas for similar architectural design.
