摘要
针对传统导电滑环摩擦副采用单刷丝-环道结构引发的动态电阻变化超差和瞬断问题,研究束式刷丝在导电滑环摩擦副中的电性能稳定性,分析了导电滑环瞬断及动态电阻变化的影响机理,开展束式刷丝和单丝结构的电性能稳定性对照试验。采用束式刷丝结构后,导电滑环的动态电阻变化标准差平均值相较单刷丝结构由2.71mΩ降低到1.80mΩ,降低了28.5%;在门电阻10Ω检测时间1μs的条件下瞬断由3次降低至0次。结果表明,采用束式刷丝结构能有效提升导电滑环的电性能稳定性。
Aiming at the issues of excessive dynamic resistance fluctuations and intermittent breaks caused by the single-brush wire-ring structure in traditional conductive slip rings,the electrical performance stability of bundled brush wires in conductive slip ring friction pairs was investigated.The mechanisms influencing instantaneous breaks and dynamic resistance variations were analyzed,the comparative experiments between bundled brush wires and single-wire structures were conducted.The results demonstrate that adopting a bundled brush wire structure reduces the average standard deviation of dynamic resistance from 2.71mΩto 1.80mΩ,representing a 28.5%decrease.Under test conditions with a gate resistance of 10Ωand a detection time of 1μs,the number of instantaneous breaks decreases from 3 to 0.The findings indicate that using bundled brush wires has improved the electrical performance stability of conductive slip rings.
