处理机匣对轴流压气机性能影响的数值研究

Numerical Investigation the Influence of Casing Treatment on Axial Compressor Performance

摘要 为了探索自适应流通处理机匣对某亚音速压气机性能的影响,利用全三维数值模拟方法对光滑壁面机匣和带自适应流通处理机匣结构的压气机进行了详细研究。对比结果表明:自适应流通处理机匣,不仅提升了压气机的稳定裕度,在小流量范围还提升了压气机的效率。压气机效率提升的主要原因在于自适应流通处理机匣对二次泄漏流的影响。 In order to explore the effects of self recirculation casing treatment on the performance of a subsonic compressor,a subsonic compressor is researched by using three-dimentional numerical simulation method with a smooth wall casing and self recirculation casing treatment.The result shows that self recirculation casing treatment not only improves the stability margin of the compressor,but also improves the efficiency of the compressor in the small flow range.The main reason for the compressor efficiency improvement is the influence of the self recirculation casing treatment on the secondary leakage flow.
