摘要
目的:探讨两种边缘处理方式对嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙临床效果的影响。方法:选取69例患者共70颗符合标准的短冠磨牙为研究对象,按照干预方式不同分为A、B两组。A组嵌体冠粘结就位后先光照2 s,然后用刮治器去除树脂粘接剂,再光照40 s;B组患牙嵌体冠粘结就位后先用小毛刷去除溢出的树脂粘接剂,再光固化40 s。记录比较两组方法的操作时间。比较术后1周、3个月、6个月、12个月两种处理方式对修复体边缘染色、继发龋、边缘密合性、修复体折裂及固位四方面的影响。评价两组患者术前、术后1周、3个月、6个月、12个月牙龈SBI指数。结果:在12个月的各观察时间点,两组嵌体冠的成功率均高于94%。术后12个月,A组失败2例,B组失败1例。术后1周、3个月、6个月、12个月,两种处理方式对修复体边缘染色、继发龋、边缘密合性、修复体折裂及固位影响无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后1周、3个月、6个月、12个月,两组SBI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组操作时间差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种不同的边缘处理方式在嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙时均能取得较好的效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different removing excess resin adhesive treatment on endocrowns of short crown molars.Methods:70 short crown molars from 69 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.The A group was exposed to light for 2 seconds,scraped off with sickle scalpel,and then illuminated for 40 seconds.In B group,a large amount of excess resin adhesive was removed with a small brush,and then the light was illuminated for 40 seconds after the endocrown bonding.The operation time were recorded and compared between the two groups.The effects of two postoperative treatment methods at 1 week,3 months,6 months,and 12 months on marginal staining,the secondary caries,the marginal adaptation,retention,abutment loosening or fracture were compared.And the gingival sulcular bleeding index(SBI)index of the two groups were evaluated at before repairing,1 week,3 months,6 months,12 months after repairing.Results:In 12 months,the success rate of two groups of endocrowns was above 94%.12 months after surgery,there were 2 cases of failure in group A and 1 case of failure in group B.There was no significant difference between the two groups in marginal staining,the secondary caries,the marginal adaptation,retention,abutment loosening or fracture at 1 week,3 months,6 months,and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in SBI at 1 week,3 months,6 months and 12 months after repairing(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ideal effects are achieved for the two removing excess resin adhesive treatment on endocrowns of short crown molars.
