摘要
目的探究罗沙司他胶囊联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗维持性血液透析(MHD)患者肾性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2022年4月至2024年4月在本院进行MHD治疗且并发肾性贫血的82例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组在MHD治疗时同步使用蔗糖铁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加罗沙司他胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)及转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)及活性氧(ROS)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗显效率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗沙司他胶囊联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗MHD患者肾性贫血的效果显著,能有效增强MHD患者铁储备和利用能力,控制机体炎症和氧化应激反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of roxadustat capsule combined with iron sucrose injection in the treatment of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with renal anemia who underwent MHD treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iron sucrose injection during MHD treatment,and the observation group was treated with roxadustat capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),red blood cell count(RBC),serum ferritin(SF)and transferrin saturation(TSAT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The roxadustat capsule combined with iron sucrose injection in the treatment of renal anemia in MHD patients has significant effect,which can effectively enhance the iron reserve and utilization ability of MHD patients,and control the body's inflammatory and oxidative stress response.
