摘要
盆腔脓肿是妇科常见病,多由急性或慢性盆腔炎未得到及时诊治发展而来,严重影响女性的生活质量及生育功能。该病使女性处于慢性消耗、贫血、低蛋白血症、电解质紊乱的状态,甚至造成多脏器功能受累,一旦并发急性肾损伤(AKI),临床处理难度显著增加。目前,临床对盆腔脓肿引发的重症感染、AKI重视不足,诊治管理能力有待提高。查阅文献未见该类病例报道,故将本院该临床病例整理报道如下。
Pelvic abscess is a common gynecological disease,often due to acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has not been timely diagnosis and treatment of development,seriously affecting women's the quality of life and reproductive function.The disease causes women to be in a state of chronic consumption,anemia,hypoproteinemia,electrolyte disorder,and even multiple organ dysfunction.Once acute kidney injury(AKI)occurs,the difficulty of clinical treatment increases significantly.At present,the clinical attention to severe infection and AKI caused by pelvic abscess is insufficient,and the ability of diagnosis,treatment and management needs to be improved.No such cases were reported in the literature,so the clinical cases in our hospital were sorted out and reported as follows.
