摘要
目的:对孤独症谱系障碍儿童生活质量量表(QOLASD-C)进行汉化,检验其信效度,为我国孤独症谱系障碍儿童生活质量评估提供有效的测量工具。方法:应用Brislin翻译模型对英文版QOLASD-C进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查,形成中文版QOLASD-C初稿,采用便利抽样法选择赣州市143例孤独症儿童的父母进行调查,对中文版QOLASD-C量表初版进行信效度检验。结果:中文版QOLASD-C量表包括社会交往、自我决定、情绪情感3个维度,共16个条目;量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.928,折半信度系数为0.892;探索性因子分析结果显示,KMO值为0.917,提取3个特征根>1的公因子,累积方差贡献率为65.048%。结论:中文版QOLASD-C量表具有良好的信效度和区分度,可用于我国0~7岁孤独症谱系障碍儿童的生活质量调查。
Objective:To Chinesization the Quality of Life Scale for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders(QOLASD-C)and to test its reliability and validity,to provide an effective measurement tool for the quality of life(QOL)assessment of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD)in China.Methods:The English version of QOLASD-C was translated,back-translated,culturally adapted,and pre-surveyed using the Brislin translation model to form the first draft of the Chinese version of QOLASD-C.The convenience sampling method was used to select parents of 143 children with ASD in Ganzhou city for investigation,and the reliability and validity of the first draft of the Chinese version of QOLASD-C were tested.Results:The Chinese version of the QOLASD-C scale included three dimensions:social interaction,self-determination,and emotions,with a total of 16 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.928,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.892.The exploratory factor analysis results showed that the KMO value was 0.917,and three common factors with characteristic roots>1 were extracted,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 65.048%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the QOLASD-C scale has good reliability,validity,and discrimination,which could be used to investigate the QOL of children with ASD aged 0-7 years in China.
