摘要
发展可再生能源和氢能是实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的重要手段,通过可再生能源电氢转换与氢存储装置构建电氢耦合系统,将会在未来能源体系中起到关键作用,是新型电力系统演化的核心推动力之一。该文介绍了电氢耦合系统的概念与核心技术特征,阐述了面向工业园区电氢耦合系统建设时所开展的场景分析、电-氢设备技术选型及效能提升、综合能量管理等关键技术,并分析各核心系统(制氢、燃料电池、储氢系统、电氢接口变换器及能量管理技术)在电-氢互动方面的技术特征以及支撑系统长周期安全、稳定运行方面的关键性作用。最后,立足当下电网需求与关键装备的技术水平,对未来电氢耦合系统发展进行展望,为电氢耦合技术推广提供实践经验与参考。
The development of renewable energy and hydrogen is a vital strategy for achieving the goals of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.With utilizing renewable energy for electro-hydrogen conversion and employing hydrogen storage,the electric-hydrogen coupling system is poised to play a pivotal role in the future energy framework,serving as one of the key drivers in the evolution of new power systems.This paper presents the concept and essential characteristics of the electric-hydrogen coupling systems,elucidating key technical aspects such as resource analysis,technology selection and optimization,and energy management in the construction of these systems facing industrial areas.It further examines the distinctive interaction features of the electric-hydrogen crucial subsystems(such as electrolyzer,fuel cell,hydrogen storage system,electric-hydrogen DC converter,and energy management),and their critical roles in ensuring long-term safe and stable system operation.Finally,grounded in the current demands of the power grid and the technology level of key equipment,the paper forecasts the future development of electric-hydrogen coupling systems,offering practical insights and reference for the broader application and advancement of electric-hydrogen coupling technologies.
