摘要
传统工业模式在城市更新过程中被逐步淘汰,废弃后的工厂在城市面貌的展卷中似一道伤疤,如何焕活新生,且将满载时代印记的工业文化传承是当今城市建设发展的重要命题。本文探究了船舶工业废弃地独有价值,剖析国内外船舶工业废弃地更新设计案例,归纳景观重塑驱动船舶工业废弃地改造要点。以秦皇岛市造船厂景观重塑设计为例,分析评估项目,提出设计定位,架构设计策略,为我国船舶工业废弃地转型提供了新思路。
The traditional industrial model is gradually being phased out in the process of urban renewal,and abandoned factories are like scars in the exhibition of urban appearance.How to revitalize and inherit the industrial culture full of the imprint of the times is an important proposition for the development of urban construction today.This article explores the unique value of abandoned land in the shipbuilding industry,analyzes domestic and foreign cases of design updates for abandoned land in the shipbuilding industry,and summarizes the key points of landscape reshaping driving the transformation of abandoned land in the shipbuilding industry.Taking the conceptual design of Qinhuangdao Shipyard as an example,analyze and evaluate the project,propose design positioning and architecture design strategies,and provide new ideas for the transformation of abandoned land in China's shipbuilding industry.
