摘要
为了探究羽毛球蒸球器的多层次用户需求,量化多维度设计要素,本研究提出一种基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的蒸球器设计优化方法,以提升现有蒸球器的蒸球性能和使用体验。通过调研用户需求与痛点,构建蒸球器设计要素层次分析模型,借助FAHP明确各要素重要性排序。基于分析结果设计多套方案,经模糊综合评价筛选出最佳方案,并进一步优化。完成了集高效精准加湿和便捷安全使用的蒸球器方案设计。研究表明,FAHP能有效将模糊用户需求转化为量化设计依据,建立方案筛选标准和优化路径,为蒸球器设计提供“用户需求分析-要素权重计算-方案评估优化”的科学设计框架。
In order to explore the multi-level user needs of badminton steamers and quantify the multi-dimensional design elements,this study proposed a design optimization method based on FAHP to improve the performance and user experience of existing badminton steamers.By investigating the needs and pain points of users,a hierarchical analysis model of the design elements of the steamer was constructed,and the importance ranking of each element was clarified with the help of FAHP.Based on the analysis results,multiple sets of schemes were designed,and the best schemes were selected through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and further optimized.The design of the steamer with high efficiency,accurate humidification and convenient and safe use was completed.The study shows that FAHP can effectively transform fuzzy user requirements into quantitative design basis,establish solution screening criteria and optimization path,and provide a scientific design framework of“user requirements analysis-element weight calculation-solution evaluation and optimization”for ball steamer design.
