摘要
教育部发布行业产教融合共同体建设指南,确立包涵人才培养的六维监测体系。基于“校企政”协同育人框架,系统分析产教融合共同体的运行机制与实践困境。通过实证研究探寻问题根源后,构建“四位一体”解决方案:强化政策导向联动机制,重构模块化课程体系,实施教师动态培养机制,搭建产学研用一体化实践平台。研究结果为化解产教融合深层矛盾、推动新能源汽车产业高质量发展提供了切实可行的路径,为深化产教融合、推动产业升级的理论研究与实践探索提供参考借鉴。
The Ministry of Education has issued guidelines for the construction of indus-try-education integration communities,establishing a six-dimensional monitoring system that includes talent cultivation.Based on the"school-enterprise-government"collaborative educa-tion framework,this paper systematically analyzes the operational mechanisms and practical dilemmas of industry-education integration communities.After exploring the problems through empirical research,it constructs a"four-in-one"solution,which includes strengthen-ing the policy-oriented linkage mechanism,reconstructing the modular curriculum system,implementing a dynamic teacher training mechanism,and building an integrated platform for industry-university-research-application.The research results provide feasible paths for re-solving deep-seated contradictions in industry-education integration,promoting high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry,and offer references for theoretical research and practical exploration in deepening industry-education integration and advancing industrial upgrading.
