摘要
为了实现无机结合料稳定材料弹性模量侧面法试验的全自动化,基于胡克定律,在明确了获取材料弹性模量所需的技术参数(位移和压力)的前提下,构建了以试验数据自动采集、试验加载和试件夹持等3大系统为核心的无机结合料稳定材料弹性模量侧面法试验系统,形成了开展该试验所要遵循的技术要点。利用该系统,对取自实体工程中的圆柱形试件开展了试验研究。研究结果显示,侧面法试验采用的压力传感器量程应不低于500 kN。试验数据采集系统以50 Hz的采样频率,可同步采集获得连续光滑、稳定可靠的压力和位移曲线,基于该组曲线可方便地计算获得试件的弹性模量。同时,试验过程中使用的加载系统也可稳定地将压力传递给试件,加载过程安全可靠。而试件夹持系统则在试验过程中稳定而牢固地夹持于试件表面,保证了试验数据的可靠。该系统的成功应用,为完善侧面法的技术要点和试验数据的积累奠定了基础。
In order to achieve full automation of the lateral method test for the elastic modulus of inorganic binder-stabilized materials,based on Hooke's law and after clarifying the technical parameters(displacement and pressure)required to obtain the elastic modulus of the material,a lateral method test system for the elastic modulus of inorganic binder-stabilized materials has been constructed with three core systems:automatic data acquisition,loading and specimen clamping.The technical key points to be followed in carrying out this experiment have been established.This system has been used to carry out experimental research on cylindrical specimens taken from physical engineering.The research results show that the pressure sensor range used in the side method test should not be less than 50o kN.The experimental data acquisition system can synchronously collect continuous,smooth,stable and reliable pressure and displacement curves at a sampling frequency of 5o Hz.From this set of curves,the elastic modulus of the specimen can be easily calculated and obtained.Meanwhile,the loading system used during the experiment can also transfer pressure to the specimen in a stable manner,ensuring a safe and reliable loading process.The specimen clamping system is stably and firmly clamped to the surface of the specimen during the test,ensuring the reliability of the test data.The successful application of this system has laid the foundation for improving the technical points and accumulating experimental data of the lateral method.
