高强超厚桥梁钢结构焊接应力与变形仿真研究

摘要 桥梁拱肋具有支撑桥梁重量和传递载荷的作用,是桥梁的重要结构之一。桥梁拱肋在焊接时通常会发生残余应力和变形,对桥梁结构的使役性能造成不利影响。采用热弹塑性有限元仿真方法,在横隔板约束条件下,对Q620qD钢桥拱肋结构的典型外框肋板和外框过渡段进行了焊接数值模拟分析。研究发现横隔板可以有效减少焊接变形,但其附近会出现应力水平较大的区域,并且横隔板的厚度对焊接变形的影响较小。本研究成果为Q620qD钢在桥梁拱肋上的焊接提供了一定的技术参考。 Being an important structure of bridges,bridge arch rib plays the role of supporting the weight of the bridge and transferring the load.However,the residual stress and deformation of bridge arch rib usually occur during welding,which will adversely affect the service performance of bridge structure.In this paper,the finite element simulation method is used to simulate the welding of typical frame ribs and transition section of arch rib structure of Q620qD steel bridge under the condition of transverse partition.It is found after studies that the transverse diaphragm can effectively reduce the welding deformation,but there will be a large stress level area near it,and the thickness of the transverse diaphragm has little influence on the welding deformation.The study results provide certain technical reference for welding Q620qD steel onbridgearchribs.
