微血管内皮细胞衰老研究进展

摘要 微血管衰老是一种与年龄增长相关的复杂生理过程。微血管内皮细胞的衰老及其功能障碍是微血管衰老的重要标志,表现为炎症因子表达增加、氧化应激加剧和微血管结构损伤。微血管衰老与老年糖尿病和心血管疾病等老年疾病密切相关,影响老年人的生活质量和健康。反应性高血流指数、循环内皮祖细胞和细胞外微泡等生物标志物在评估微血管健康和预测心血管事件方面具有重要意义。针对微血管衰老的干预措施,包括调整生活方式、药物治疗和靶向微血管结构和微血管内皮细胞功能的干预措施具有延缓或逆转微血管衰老的潜力。 Microvascular aging is a complex physiological process associated with advancing age.The aging and dysfunction of microvascular endothelial cells serve as critical markers of this phenomenon,characterized by increased expression of inflammatory factors,heightened oxidative stress,and structural damage to the microvasculature.This process is closely linked to age-related diseases such as diabetes in the elderly and cardiovascular disorders,significantly impacting the quality of life and overall health of older adults.Biomarkers,including the reactive hyperemia index,circulating endothelial progenitor cells,and extracellular microvesicles,play a vital role in assessing microvascular health and predicting cardiovascular events.Interventions targeting microvascular aging,which encompass lifestyle modifications,pharmacotherapy,and strategies aimed at preserving microvascular structure and endothelial cell function,hold promise for delaying or reversing the process of microvascular aging.
