摘要
随着人口老龄化加剧,安宁疗护的重要性日益凸显。本文围绕安宁疗护进行论述,回溯其概念演进,明确核心内涵。介绍国外在安宁疗护实践、教育及科技创新方面的丰富经验。回顾我国安宁疗护的发展历程及理念传承,阐述国内在政策支持下安宁疗护的发展现状,医疗机构和养老机构的特色实践路径,及人才培养方面取得的成绩与进展。分析我国安宁疗护仍在规范标准、临床实践、教育体系等方面的挑战。
As the population ages at an accelerating pace,the importance of palliative care has become increasingly prominent.This article focuses on palliative care,retraces the evolution of its concept,and clarifies its core connotation.It also introduces the rich experience of foreign countries in the practice,education and technological innovation of palliative care.In addition,it reviews the development history and ideological inheritance of palliative care in China,and it elaborates on the current development status of palliative care in China with the support of policies,the distinctive practice paths of medical institutions and elderly care institutions,as well as the achievements and progress made in talent cultivation.Finally,it analyzes the challenges that palliative care in China still faces in terms of regulatory standards,clinical practice,education system.
