摘要
目的:探讨健康教育联合移情干预对膝关节置换术患者负性情绪水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2024年4月在某院就诊的81例膝关节置换术患者,随机分为常规组41例和干预组40例。常规组采取健康教育联合常规心理疏导,干预组采取健康教育联合移情干预。比较两组负性情绪水平(焦虑量表HAMA和抑郁量表HAMD)、自我管理效能感(自我管理效能感量表SUPPH)、康复情况(美国外科医院膝关节评分系统HSS)、生活质量(健康调查简表SF-36)以及满意度。结果:干预后与常规组比较,干预组HAMA和HAMD评分较低(t=5.899,9.435;P<0.001);SUPPH各维度评分均较高(t=3.841,7.124,5.511;P<0.001);HSS各维度均较高(t=5.616,3.076,7.888,10.879,5.665,5.984;P<0.05);SF-36各维度均较高(t=4.677,7.497,5.712;P<0.001)以及满意度较高(χ^(2)=6.032,P=0.014)。结论:健康教育与移情干预相结合能够在满足患者护理需求的情况下缓解膝关节置换术患者的负性情绪,增强其康复自信心,改善疾病症状,进而提升生活质量。
Objective:To explore the impact of combination of health education and empathy intervention on negative emotions and quality of life of patients undergoing knee replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 81 patients who underwent knee replacement surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group(41 cases)and an intervention group(40 cases).The conventional group received health education combined with routine psychological counseling,while the intervention group received health education combined with empathy intervention.The negative emotion levels(HAMA and HAMD),self-management efficacy(SUPPH),rehabilitation status(HSS),quality of life(SF-36),and satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,compared with the conventional group,the intervention group had lower HAMA and HAMD scores(t=5.899,9.435;P<0.001),higher scores in all dimensions of SUPPH(t=3.841,7.124,5.511;P<0.001),higher scores in all dimensions of HSS(t=5.616,3.076,7.888,10.879,5.665,5.984;P<0.05),higher scores in all dimensions of SF-36(t=4.677,7.497,5.712;P<0.001)and higher satisfaction(χ^(2)=6.032;P=0.014).Conclusion:The combination of health education and empathy intervention can,while catering to the patients'nursing requirements,relieve the negative emotions of patients undergoing knee replacement surgery,boost their confidence in rehabilitation,ameliorate disease symptoms,and further elevate their quality of life.
