多环芳烃加氢裂化反应途径及催化剂作用的研究进展

摘要 将重油和煤焦油组分中的多环芳烃通过加氢裂化的方式转化为轻质芳烃和高附加值化学品,是石油和煤焦化工高质发展的重要途径。综述了多环芳烃(双环、三环芳烃)的加氢裂化反应途径,介绍了多产轻质芳烃催化剂中各组分(金属、沸石、助剂)的作用以及对加氢裂化反应途径的影响。适宜的金属-酸活性位点的协同作用可有效调节加氢与开环反应的平衡,对目标反应途径进行控制,实现对目的产物的高选择性。工业基加氢裂化催化剂的研究仍面临众多挑战。 It is an important approach for the high-quality development of refining and tar industries in China to convert polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in heavy oil and coal tar into light aromatics and high value-added chemicals by hydrocracking.The hydrocracking reaction pathways of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(di-and tri-aromatics)are summarized.The roles of various components(metals,solid acids,additives)in productive light aromatics catalysts are introduced,along with their effect on the hydrocracking reaction pathways.The synergistic effect of appropriate metal-acid active sites can adjust the balance between hydrogenation and ring-opening reactions,thereby controlling the desired reaction pathways and achieving high selectivity for target products.The study of industrial hydrocracking catalysts still faces a wide range of challenges.
