摘要
荔枝壳和龙眼壳作为一种来源广泛的农业废弃物,因其表面富含羟基和羧基等活性官能团,在染料废水处理领域展现出良好的应用潜力。本研究以荔枝壳和龙眼壳干粉为吸附剂,探讨其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,分别考察了果壳干粉用量、亚甲基蓝水溶液的初始浓度、pH值、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对吸附效率的影响。结果表明,在最佳条件下(pH值为8.0、亚甲基蓝水溶液的初始浓度为50 mg/L、果壳干粉用量为10 mg、吸附时间为90 min、吸附温度为60℃),荔枝壳和龙眼壳均对亚甲基蓝表现出良好的吸附性能,而且荔枝壳和龙眼壳干粉对亚甲基蓝的去除率均随吸附温度升高而升高,这表明吸附过程是一个吸热过程。本项研究旨在为农业废弃物实现资源化再利用以及染料废水处理技术的进展提供理论支撑与实践参考。
As a low-cost and widely available agricultural waste,litchi shells and longan shells exhibit promising potential in the field of dye wastewater treatment due to their surfaces rich in active functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups.This study systematically investigated the adsorption performance of dried litchi shell and longan shell powders as adsorbents for methylene blue.Through experimental design,the effects of adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of methy lene blue agueous solution,pH level,temperature and time on adsorption efficiency were examined.The results demonstrated that under optimal conditions(pH=8.0,initial concentration of methylene blue aqueous solution 50 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 10 mg,reaction time 90 min,temperature 60℃),both litchi shells and longan shells exhibited favorable adsorption performance for methylene blue.Furthermore,the removal efficiency of methylene blue increased with rising adsorption temperature,indicating that the adsorption process is endothermic.This research provides a theoretical support and practical reference for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and the development of dye wastewater treatment technologies.
