摘要
党的二十届三中全会对全面推进美丽中国建设作出系统部署,强调坚持生态优先、节约集约、绿色低碳发展。全面推动“无废城市”建设,是深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届三中全会精神的关键举措,也是我国生态文明建设的一次绿色变革。本文以赣江生态为纽带,分析吉安市“无废城市”建设现状,并分别从政府、企业、社会公众等多元层面探索“无废城市”建设路径,奋力打造吉安“无废”智慧之城。
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made a systematic deployment to comprehensively promote the construction of a beautiful China and ecology first,conservation and intensive use,green and low-carbon development.Comprehensively promoting the construction of“waste-free cities”is a major measure to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee,and it is also a green change in the construction of ecological civilization in China.Taking Gan River ecology as the link,this paper analyzes the construction status of Ji'an“waste-free city”,and explores the construction path of“waste-free city”from the multiple levels of government,enterprises and the public,striving to build Ji'an“waste-free”smart city.
